Sources

Each source is one computer running YTMDesktop. Enter a Cloudflare Tunnel hostname to reach it from anywhere, or a local IP when you are on the same Wi-Fi.

A hostname is treated as HTTPS. A bare IP is treated as HTTP on port 9863.

Pairing

  1. On that computer, open YTMDesktop settings, then Integrations.
  2. Turn on Companion server.
  3. Turn on Allow browser communication.
  4. Turn on Enable companion authorization. It switches itself off again after one successful pairing or five minutes.
  5. Check this code matches, then approve it.
